“Discovering the light, joy, love and power of me via insight is nothing I could have done without Dr. Thurlow’s guidance. I truly don’t know how to explain moving out of living a life where almost all my actions were based on years of hurt, to a life of now seeing that these experiences are just experiences and not me. I finally got that no one is their experience, they only interpret/live it that way. Throughout my sessions with Dr. Thurlow he helped me become “open” enough to notice I was living my life from all my ‘hurt experiences’. He helped me separate my “hurt experience me” from “my being” (me with no experiences at all) . He then asked me, “what would you look like had none of these things happened to you?” A lighting bolt hit me! At that moment, ‘my being’ was looking at the ‘hurt experience me’ face to face and a lighting bolt hit me (it really did feel like that). The two were facing each other and an enormous insight took place. At that moment, it was all so clear and all so simple how opposite they were and how truly amazing it was to see something about yourself you never noticed before. To say it was life altering is the biggest understatement of my life. To not see something about yourself and to then have it revealed is an incredible gift. It has truly made me a better person, friend, wife and mother. I could not thank Dr. Thurlow enough.”
